How to Make the KV Fee Payment?
Given below are the steps to follow to make the KV Fee payment. KV Payment can be made through online and offline modes.
KV Fee Online Online Payment can be made through Net banking. Mobile Banking, PoS, Credit card and debit cards, RUPAY, UPI and other accepted online payment modes.

Steps to Make Online Payment.
The Union Bank of India accepts the KV fee in all its branches. The fee is collected quarterly, and the fee is accepted online and offline. Follow the steps below to make the KV fee Online.
Steps for Online Payment
- Go to the KV Fee Online payment page of Union Bank given below
- https://epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvfee/default.aspx OR
- Visit the https://kvsangathan.nic.in/ and click on the “UBI Fee Collection” link at the home page’s bottom.
- The system will direct you to the KV Fee page.
- Enter the “Student Unique ID” in the Make Payment Box
- Enter the date of birth of the student in DD/MM/YYYY format
- Enter the “Captcha” and click on the “Login” button
- Select the Online Payment Option
- Make the Payment
- Save the Payment receipt for Future reference.
Note: Service charge of 1.5% plus taxes will be payable for the KV Fees paid through credit cards or PoS machine.
How to Make Offline Payment?
KV Fee can be paid at all branches of UBI through cash deposit and Cheque payment through KVS Fee Challan form. The KV fee is accepted at all UBI branches from the 1st to the 15th of every month. The fee is calculated automatically, including late payment charges if applicable.
